Silicone Masking Caps
Silicone Masking Caps are ideal for masking components with threaded studs, pins and bolts during Powder Coating, Wet Spray Painting, Enamelling, e-coating, Anodising, Electro-plating and many other finishing applications and are widely used in the Automotive and Aerospace Industries. It is also possible to use the outside diameter to mask holes when standard masking plugs are not suitable.

Masking Caps are held in stock in a wide variety of diameters and lengths. Silicone masking caps are reusable up to 280 deg C and are specially formulated to withstand temperatures in excess of 300 deg C. We also supply Masking Caps in PVC Vinyl for masking in high bake cure cycles up to 220 deg C, High temp vinyl caps are a ideal for applications and industries that require non-silicone masking products and will withstand 1 or 2 cycles, however, reusability can be extended in lower temperature applications.
