Silicone Tube and Extrusions
High temperature silicone rubber tube is generally offered as a masking product for paint or powder coating.
High temperature silicone tube is reusable up to 260 deg C and is ideal for masking studs and threads which are longer than those covered by our standard silicone masking caps
Silicone tube is usually held in stock in many sizes from 2.8 mm internal diameter to 34.9 mm internal diameter with a 1.6 mm wall thickness.
Many non standard sizes can be delivered in a couple of days.
We are able to manufacture custom sizes from as small as 0.3mm internal diameter and are also able to achieve a wall thickness of 0.3mm diameter.
We can supply Custom Silicone Extrusions to exact customer specifications in a variety of colours and shore hardness.
Silicone rubber tube is manufactured from the highest quality silicone compounds and fully cured, so there are no worries about silicone migration, bleeding or contamination of components, process plant or equipment.
