Custom Rubber Moulding
AB Multimask offer custom rubber moulding service from low cost prototype moulding to full production moulding.
We are able to supply our customer with small, medium and large batch quantities at very competitive rates. We can produce custom rubber mouldings in Silicone Rubber, EPDM Rubber (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) or Neoprene Rubber Compounds in a variety of colours and shore hardness.
EPDM and neoprene rubber mouldings are usually offered in a standard black finish, however, more simplified colours can now be achieved but this may effect the components temperature, abrasion and resistance.
Our custom rubber mouldings can be used as a masking product or in the automotive, aerospace, electrical and leisure industries or to enhance the look of finished components
EPDM Rubber Moulding will withstand temperatures up to 220C and is reusable up to 180C. This material is also very resistant to chemicals and abrasive compounds.
Silicone Rubber can be molded in a variety of colours including, Blue, Yellow, Red, Ion Oxide, Green & Translucent and in various shades.
Silicone rubber mouldings are reusable up to 260 deg C and will withstand temperatures in excess of 300C so they can easily be used for masking during paint and powder coating, plasma spraying.
Silicone rubber mouldings are manufactured from the highest quality silicone compounds and fully cured, so there are no worries about silicone migration, bleeding or contamination of components, process plant or equipment.
