AB Multimask can supply Custom Vinyl Mouldings to customer specifications in standard vinyl which will withstand temperatures up to 70C and high temperature vinyl which will withstand temperatures up to 230C for short periods.
Custom Vinyl Dip Mouldings can be a very cost effective method for product development or small to medium batch runs.
PVC vinyl dip mouldings can be manufactured with low cost prototype and production tooling to meet our customer needs and our capability extends to volume production parts with competitive lead times.
Custom vinyl dip mouldings can be manufactured in an extensive range of materials including standard 65 shore hardness to 80 shore hardness.
We also offer a variety of vinyl materials including, high temperature resistant, flame retardant or electrical insulation. Finishes include gloss, matt, soft or semi-rigid and foam and can also be offered in an extensive range of colours including, Red, Black, Blue, Yellow, White or Green to name just a few.
Vinyl dip Moulding can be a low cost alternative to other moulding processes such as blow Moulding, compression moulding or injection moulding.
